Agent can't connect to Lever
Cause: Invalid credentials or incorrect server address in your agent’s config.Fix:
- Check your credentials in the Lever dashboard under Settings → API Keys
- Make sure the server address is exactly
https://api.leverhq.app/mcp - Restart your agent after updating the configuration
Quota exceeded
Quota exceeded
Cause: You’ve reached your monthly credit limit.Fix:
- Check your usage in the Lever dashboard
- Upgrade your plan, or wait for the monthly reset on the 1st
- See Pricing for plan limits
Draft expired
Draft expired
Cause: A write operation’s draft wasn’t confirmed within 5 minutes.Fix: Ask your agent to make the change again — it will create a new draft. Drafts expire after 5 minutes if not confirmed. See Safety Model.
Draft not found
Draft not found
Cause: The draft was already confirmed or has expired.Fix: If you already confirmed it, the change went through — check your audit log in the dashboard. If it expired, just ask your agent to make the change again.
No connection found
No connection found
Cause: No ad platform account is connected for the requested platform.Fix: Go to the Lever dashboard and click Connect Google Ads or Connect Meta Ads to authorize access.
Multiple connections — specify account ID
Multiple connections — specify account ID
Cause: You have more than one account connected for a platform, and didn’t specify which one to use.Fix: Ask your agent to list your connections — it will show account IDs. Then specify which account you want to work with. See Cross-Platform Tools.
Token expired or revoked

Cause: Your connection to Google Ads or Meta Ads was revoked or expired.Fix:
- Go to the Lever dashboard
- Disconnect the affected platform
- Reconnect it to authorize fresh access
